A Candle in a Cathedral

The suffering of victims and how they are too often forgotten weighs heavily on Juanita Ferris, a veteran criminal prosecutor. Juanita and the love of her life, former FBI agent Brad Walker, search for solace in the mountains of New Mexico. Instead, they encounter the gruesome world of wildlife poaching. Upon becoming targets of poachers, Juanita and Brad relive the twists of destiny that initially brought them together. Modern-day evil is shrouded in the fog of history as inexplicable mysteries connect Juanita to the deadly days of the Taos Revolt of 1847. Choices made over a century ago steer Brad and Juanita into a terrifying mountain storm where past and present collide.
